FAQs
How does the AGEasy CGM Transmitter work?
The transmitter attaches to the AGEasy sensor and sends glucose readings to the Antara CGM app via Bluetooth. It enables continuous, real-time monitoring throughout the sensor’s wear period.
Do I need to replace the transmitter frequently?
No. The transmitter is reusable and comes with a two-year warranty, making it suitable for long-term use.
Does the transmitter work without the AGEasy sensor?
No. The transmitter only functions when paired with the corresponding AGEasy CGM sensor.
How long does it take to start receiving readings?
After installation, the system requires a one-hour warm-up period before glucose readings appear in the app.
