These Product Return and Refund Terms and Conditions (“Return and Refund T&Cs”) govern the return and refund process for products purchased through the Platform and shall form an integral part of Platform T&Cs. 2.1 In order to be eligible for a return and refund, you must satisfy the following criteria: (a) The Product must have been purchased through the Platform. (b) The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase. (c) The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. 2.2 The Customer care team of Antara will verify the return request placed by the User within 48 (Forty-Eight) working business hours from the time of receipt of the request.

3.1 To initiate a return and refund, you must raise a request for a return of the Product in the Product Return section and seek a refund in lieu thereof. 3.2 Antara customer support will review your return request and may request additional information, evidence, or clarification to assess the validity of the request.
3.3 Upon approval of the return request, Antara will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the Product, including any specific packaging or shipping requirements.
3.4 You are responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with returning the Product unless otherwise specified by Antara.
4.1 In certain cases, Antara may facilitate the pick-up of the returned product directly from your designated address. The availability of this service will be determined on a case-to-case basis and at the sole discretion of Antara.
4.2 If product pick-up is available for your return, Antara will coordinate the logistics and schedule a convenient pick-up time with you.
4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned product is properly packaged and ready for pick-up at the agreed-upon time. The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.
4.4 You shall provide access to the designated courier or logistics service provider for the pick-up and cooperate in facilitating the smooth collection of the returned product.
5.1 The pick-up service may be subject to charges, which will be communicated to you before initiating the return process. The charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount or settled separately, as mutually agreed between you and Antara.
5.2 If you fail to make the product available for pick-up at the agreed-upon time or location without providing reasonable prior notice, resulting in a failed pick-up attempt, you may be responsible for any additional pick-up charges incurred by Antara.
6.1 Antara and its designated courier or logistics service provider shall exercise reasonable care and diligence during the pick-up process. However, Antara shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the returned product that may occur during the pick-up or transportation.
6.2 You are advised to securely package the product to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. Any damage caused to the product during the pick-up process due to inadequate packaging may affect the eligibility for a refund.
7.1 Upon the pick-up of the returned Product, Antara or its designated courier or logistics service provider may issue a pick-up receipt or other documentation as proof of return.
7.2 It is your responsibility to retain and provide any such documentation or proof of return upon request by Antara to verify the return and process the refund.
8.1 Antara reserves the right to modify or amend this product pick-up terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated clause on the Platform.
8.2 It is your responsibility to review the product pick-up terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes.
8.3 By initiating a return and availing of the product pick-up service, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Product Pick-Up section of the Product Return and Refund Policy.
9.1 Upon receiving the returned product, Antara will conduct a thorough inspection to assess its condition and verify the validity of the return request.
9.2 Antara reserves the right to refuse a refund or provide a partial refund if the returned Product does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in the Return and Refund T&Cs or if it is found to be damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or other factors not covered under the valid reasons for return.
9.3 Antara may require additional time to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the returned Product, especially in cases where extensive testing or assessment is necessary.
