Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

1.1 User Cancellation:

  • Users may cancel any order placed on the Platform, provided that the order has not yet been shipped by Antara. In the event order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted . However, User may choose to return the Product subject to Antara’s Return Policy.
  • To initiate cancellation, the User can contact Antara's customer support team or follow the cancellation process provided on the AGEasy website.


1.2 Antara Cancellation:

  • Antara reserves the right to cancel any orders in the event the Products are not available, or the Services cannot be provided by Antara, or incorrect information related to Product or Services including but not limited to inaccuracies or errors in pricing information on the AGEasy website.
  • In such cases, Antara will notify the User promptly and provide suitable alternatives, if available.


1.3 Bulk Orders:

  • Antara reserves the right to cancel orders that are classified as 'Bulk Orders' based on criterias determined at its sole discretion.
  • An order can be classified as a 'Bulk Order' if it meets the following criteria (non-exhaustive list):

    • Order Processing Stage: Cancellation after Order Confirmation but Before Dispatch: If a customer cancels an order after confirmation but before dispatch, a cancellation fee may be applied to cover administrative, order processing, and inventory handling costs. These costs will be charged to Antara.
    • Shipping Stage: Cancellation after Shipment Initiation but Before Delivery: If a customer cancels an order after it has been handed over to the courier partner but before delivery, cancellation charges will apply to cover shipping, Return to Origin (RTO), and handling costs.
    • Return due to Refusal: If the customer refuses the delivery, resulting in the item being returned, charges for shipping both ways (to the customer and back to the warehouse) will apply.


1.4 Cancellation Charges:

While Antara's general cancellation policy states that no cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellations made in accordance with the policy, there may be certain exceptions where cancellation charges may apply. These exceptions include:

  • Order Processing Stage: Cancellation after Order Confirmation but Before Dispatch: If a customer cancels an order after confirmation but before dispatch, a cancellation fee may be applied to cover administrative, order processing, and inventory handling costs. These costs will be charged to Antara.
  • Shipping Stage: Cancellation after Shipment Initiation but Before Delivery: If a customer cancels an order after it has been handed over to the courier partner but before delivery, cancellation charges will apply to cover shipping, Return to Origin (RTO), and handling costs.

1.5 Refund Process:

  • In the event of a valid cancellation, Antara will process refund in accordance with its Refund Policy. User must refer to the Antara’s Refund Policy in case of any refund related query.
  • The refund will be initiated through the original payment method used during the order placement or the User’s registered bank account, as may be required basis the circumstances.
  • The time required for the refund to reflect in the User's account may vary depending on the payment provider and banking processes on which Antara has no control.


1.6 Refund Process:

  • Antara reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to the cancellation policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Platform.

1.7 By using the Platform and placing orders, the User had expressly acknowledged and irrevocably agreed to be bound by this cancellation policy in effect at the time of placing such orders.


1.8 The User hereby affirms that he/she have thoroughly reviewed, comprehended, and accepted all applicable terms and conditions, including the relevant policies, prior to placing any order on the Platform. The User expressly agrees to be bound by the applicable cancellation policy.


1.9 Antara shall bear no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any claims, disputes, or losses arising as a result of the User’s failure to review or understand said cancellation policy.
