These
Product Return and Refund Terms and Conditions (“Return and Refund T&Cs”)
govern the return and refund process for products purchased through the
Platform and shall form an integral part of Platform T&Cs. By purchasing
the Product or Services from the Platform, you agree to be bound by the Return
and Refund T&Cs as well as the Platform T&Cs and Policies. Please read
the Return and Refund T&Cs carefully before making a purchase. If you do
not agree with any part of the Return and Refund T&Cs, you should refrain
from purchasing Products or Services through the Platform.
All AGEasy
Products purchased through the Platform (www.ageasy.co.in or www.ageasybyantara.com) shall be eligible for a “No
Questions Asked” return and refund, provided that the return request is
initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Product.
Upon expiry
of the aforesaid seven (7) day return period, the Product shall be governed
exclusively by the standard warranty terms as specified on the respective
Product page, and the Customer shall not be entitled to any return or refund
outside the scope of such warranty.

The risk of
loss, damage, or deterioration of the Product during return transit shall vest
solely with the User until such time as the Product is physically received and
inspected by Antara. Antara shall not be liable for any claims arising from
damage, loss, or delay occurring prior to such receipt.
