Measure the waist at its maximum circumference, not just the hips. The M size fits 61-115 cm, the L size is recommended for 75-140 cm, and the XL size suits 96-165 cm. In case the measurement lies somewhere in between two sizes, it's better to choose the higher one: it'll be easier to put on correctly and wear comfortably. An undersized size will make fastening difficult and increase leakage risks by pressing the leg cuffs tighter. As the item can't be returned due to hygiene restrictions, it's better to take accurate measurements first. 

The wetness indicator runs along the outer surface of the diaper; hence, it will only be visible to the caregiver when they lift the clothes/bedsheet during an inspection. The strip will not be visible in normal clothing. Its colour transition from blue to red is noticeable even in low light conditions. Thus, you won't need any additional lighting during nighttime changes, preserving the elder's dignity.

Remove the diaper from the body, fold it in half from front to back, tightly roll it, and seal the roll with tape tabs. Put the product into a plastic bag and place it in a closed garbage bin. Do not flush the product in toilets because of the expandable absorbent core. In case changing occurs frequently, it would be more convenient for the family if there was a dedicated covered bin with a plastic bag nearby the elder's bed.
