Product Return and Refund Policy

  1. Scope 

These Product Return and Refund Terms and Conditions (“Return and Refund T&Cs”) govern the return and refund process for products purchased through the Platform and shall form an integral part of Platform T&Cs. By purchasing the Product or Services from the Platform, you agree to be bound by the Return and Refund T&Cs as well as the Platform T&Cs and Policies. Please read the Return and Refund T&Cs carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of the Return and Refund T&Cs, you should refrain from purchasing Products or Services through the Platform. 

 

  1. Returns & Refunds Policy 
  1. No Questions Asked Returns and Refunds 

All AGEasy Products purchased through the Platform (www.ageasy.co.in or www.ageasybyantara.com) shall be eligible for a “No Questions Asked” return and refund, provided that the return request is initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Product. 

 

  1. Standard Warranty Post Return Period 

Upon expiry of the aforesaid seven (7) day return period, the Product shall be governed exclusively by the standard warranty terms as specified on the respective Product page, and the Customer shall not be entitled to any return or refund outside the scope of such warranty. 

 

  1. Return Eligibility 
  1. In order to be eligible for a return and refund, the User must satisfy all of the following conditions: 
  1. The Product must have been purchased directly through the Platform; 
  1. The return request must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Product, unless otherwise stated; 
  1. The Product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact; and 
  1. The User must provide proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) and, where applicable, photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage claimed. 

 

  1. The Customer Care team of Antara shall verify the return request within forty-eight (48) business hours of receipt. Verification may include, at Antara’s discretion, inspection of the Product, supporting evidence provided by the User, and validation with logistics or third-party service providers. Antara’s determination in this regard shall be final and binding. 

 

  1. With respect to electronic or digital Products, eligibility for return, replacement, or refund shall be limited strictly to the scope of the applicable limited warranty provided by the manufacturer or Antara, as the case may be. The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that: 
  1. No return, replacement, or refund shall be available unless the Product is expressly covered under such warranty; 
  1. Antara shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or defects arising out of misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow usage instructions; and 
  1. The User’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund, strictly in accordance with the warranty terms. 

 

  1. The User acknowledges and agrees that: 
  1. Minor variations in color, size, weight, or appearance of the Product shall not constitute a defect or ground for return; 
  1. Returns shall not be accepted for Products that are consumable, perishable, personalized, customized, used, tampered with, or otherwise marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase; 
  1. The risk of loss or damage to the Product during return transit shall remain with the User until the Product is received and inspected by Antara; and 
  1. Antara’s liability in connection with any Product shall, in any event, not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the User for such Product. 
  1. By initiating a return, the User expressly waives any further or additional claims against Antara, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents in respect of the Product, save and except as required under mandatory consumer protection laws.

  1. Return Process 
  1. To initiate a return and refund, the User must submit a return request through the Product Return section of the Platform and clearly indicate whether a refund is sought in lieu thereof. Such request must be raised strictly within the specified timeframe and must include complete order details, the reason for the return, and supporting evidence as required. The User may alternatively contact Antara via email at support@ageasybyantara.com or by telephone at +91 9911789911 with the order reference number. 
  1. Antara’s customer support team shall review the return request and may, at its sole discretion, require the User to provide additional information, documentary proof, or clarification in order to verify and assess the validity of the request. Antara’s determination in this regard shall be final and binding. 
  1. Upon approval of the return request, Antara shall issue written instructions to the User for returning the Product, including but not limited to packaging, labelling, and shipping requirements. The User shall strictly adhere to such instructions. Non-compliance may result in rejection of the return and/or ineligibility for refund. 

 

  1. Costs of Return 
  1. Antara shall, by default, be responsible for arranging and covering all costs associated with returning the Product through its designated logistics partners. 
  1. In certain cases, the User may be required to bear the return shipping costs, provided such responsibility is expressly communicated to the User by Antara in advance and prior to initiation of the return. 
  1. Notwithstanding Clause 4.4.1, where Antara arranges and covers the return shipping costs, the User shall remain liable to reimburse such costs if the return is subsequently determined, after inspection, to be ineligible or rejected due to non-compliance with these Return and Refund Terms and Conditions. 
  1. In no event shall Antara’s liability towards return costs exceed the actual and reasonable courier charges incurred for the return of the Product through Antara’s approved logistics partners. 

 

  1. Risk of Transit 

The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of the Product during return transit shall vest solely with the User until such time as the Product is physically received and inspected by Antara. Antara shall not be liable for any claims arising from damage, loss, or delay occurring prior to such receipt. 

 

  1. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns 
  1. Antara reserves the right to reject, suspend, or permanently block any return or refund request which, in its sole discretion, is found to be fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or made in bad faith. This includes, without limitation: 
  1. Returns initiated with false, manipulated, or incomplete information or evidence; 
  1.  Multiple or repetitive returns of the same or substantially similar Products without valid cause; 
  1. Returns initiated after use, tampering, mishandling, or damage to the Product inconsistent with normal inspection; and 
  1. Any attempt to misuse the “No Questions Asked” return policy to secure unjust enrichment. 
  1. In such cases, Antara reserves the right to withhold or deduct refund amounts, recover costs incurred, and/or initiate appropriate legal proceedings under applicable law. 

 

  1. Product Pick-Up Process 

 
 

  1. Antara may, at its sole discretion and on a case-to-case basis, facilitate the pick-up of the returned Product directly from the User’s designated address. Nothing in this clause shall obligate Antara to provide pick-up services for all returns. 
  1. Where pick-up is offered, Antara shall coordinate the logistics and schedule a pick-up time in consultation with the User. The final determination of logistics partner, route, and timing shall rest exclusively with Antara. 
  1. The User shall ensure that the returned Product is securely packaged, sealed, and ready for collection at the agreed time. The Product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact. Failure to comply may result in rejection of the return. 
  1. The User shall provide safe, timely, and unhindered access to Antara’s designated courier or logistics service provider at the scheduled pick-up time and shall cooperate fully to facilitate the smooth collection of the returned Product. Any failed or delayed pick-up attributable to the User may result in additional charges or rejection of the return request. 
  1. Antara shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or failure to pick up the Product arising due to the User’s failure to make the Product available, provide adequate access, or comply with packaging and handover instructions. 

 
 

  1. Product Pick-Up Charges 
  1. The pick-up service may be subject to charges, which shall be clearly communicated to the User prior to initiating the return process. Where applicable, such charges shall be deducted from the refund amount payable to the User. 
  1. If the User fails to make the Product available for pick-up at the agreed time or location, or fails to provide reasonable prior notice of unavailability, resulting in a failed or delayed pick-up attempt, the User shall be solely responsible for any additional pick-up charges, rescheduling costs, or related expenses incurred by Antara. 
  1. Antara shall not be liable for any delay, rescheduling, or non-completion of pick-up caused by the User’s failure to comply with the agreed time, location, packaging, or access requirements. 

 
 

  1. Liability during Product Pick-Up 
  1. Antara and its designated courier or logistics service providers shall exercise reasonable care and diligence during the pick-up and transportation of the returned Product. 
  1. Notwithstanding Clause 7.1, Antara shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or theft of the Product that may occur during pick-up or transit, except to the extent such loss or damage is directly attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Antara or its designated logistics partners. 
  1. The User shall ensure that the Product is securely and adequately packaged in accordance with Antara’s return instructions, so as to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Any damage, deterioration, or defect caused to the Product due to inadequate or improper packaging by the User shall render the Product ineligible for return, replacement, or refund. 
  1. The risk of loss or damage to the Product shall remain with the User until the Product is received and inspected by Antara at its designated facility. 

 
 

  1. Documentation and Proof of Return 
  1. Upon pick-up of the returned Product, Antara or its designated courier or logistics service provider may issue a pick-up receipt, acknowledgment, or other documentation as preliminary proof of collection. Such documentation shall only confirm receipt of the package and shall not be deemed acceptance of the return or confirmation of eligibility for refund. 
  1. The User shall be solely responsible for retaining and producing any documentation or proof of return, including courier receipts, tracking details, or acknowledgment slips, if requested by Antara, for the purposes of verifying the return and processing any refund. 
  1. Antara’s final acceptance of the returned Product, and any decision regarding refund eligibility, shall be subject to inspection and verification in accordance with these Return and Refund Terms and Conditions. No receipt or acknowledgment issued at the time of pick-up shall limit Antara’s rights to reject the return if the Product is later found non-compliant. 

 
 

  1. Amendments to the Product Pick-Up terms and conditions 
  1. Antara reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Product Pick-Up Terms and Conditions at any time, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. 
  1. Any such modifications shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform and shall apply prospectively to all returns initiated after the date of posting. 
  1. It shall be the User’s responsibility to review the Product Pick-Up Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates or changes. 
  1. By initiating a return and availing of the Product Pick-Up service, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in effect on the date of initiating the return. 

 
 

  1. Product Inspection and Refund Determination 
  1. Upon receipt of the returned Product, Antara shall conduct an inspection to assess its condition and verify the validity of the return request in accordance with these Return and Refund Terms and Conditions. 
  1. Antara reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: 
  1. refuse a refund; 
  1. provide a partial refund; or 
  1. approve a replacement, 
  1. if the returned Product does not meet the eligibility criteria or is found to be damaged, defective, or altered due to improper handling, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, modification, or any other factor not covered under valid return reasons. 
  1. Antara may require additional time to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the returned Product, particularly in cases involving electronic or digital Products, or where technical testing, manufacturer validation, or third-party assessment is necessary. The User acknowledges and agrees that refund timelines may be extended in such cases. 
  1. Antara’s inspection report and determination with respect to the condition of the Product and the User’s eligibility for refund, replacement, or repair shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the User. 

 
 

  1. Category of Non-Returnable Products: 
  1. Certain categories of Products are designated as non-returnable and shall not qualify for return, replacement, or refund under this Return and Refund Policy. Such designation shall be clearly disclosed on the respective Product page prior to purchase. 
  1. The non-returnable Products are as follows:

  1. The User acknowledges and agrees that the above Products are excluded from the “No Questions Asked” return and refund policy and that purchases of such Products are final, save and except where a valid manufacturing defect, as stated above, is established by Antara’s inspection. 
  1. Antara shall not be liable for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or any reason other than the expressly stated exceptions in Clause 11.2 with respect to the Products listed as non-returnable. 

 

 

 

  1. Refund Process 
  1. If the return is deemed valid and the Product passes Antara’s inspection in accordance with these Return and Refund Terms and Conditions, Antara shall initiate the refund process. 
  1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between Antara and the User, the refund shall be issued using the same payment method originally used by the User at the time of purchase. 
  1. The processing and crediting of refunds shall be subject to the policies, timelines, and operational procedures of the relevant payment gateway, bank, or financial service provider. Antara shall not be liable for any delays caused by such third-party systems. 
  1. Refunds shall, in any event, be processed within a reasonable period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the date Antara confirms the User’s eligibility for refund, subject to Clause 12.3. 
  1. The User acknowledges that Antara’s liability in respect of any refund shall be strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by the User for the returned Product, net of any applicable charges as permitted under these Terms and Conditions. 

 
 

  1. Refund Exceptions 
  1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms, the following situations shall not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund: 
  1. Returns requested beyond the specified timeframe; 
  1. Products that have been used, opened, altered, tampered with, or otherwise handled after purchase in a manner resulting in diminished value; 
  1. Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, modification, or any other factor attributable to the User; 
  1. Products exhibiting minor variations in color, size, weight, or appearance, which are inherent in manufacturing, natural, or handmade processes, and do not constitute a defect; 
  1. Products that are customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order specifically for the User; 
  1. Products purchased during a promotional, discounted, clearance, or bundled sale, where the sale terms expressly state such items are non-refundable; 
  1. Digital or electronic Products once activated, software-updated, registered, customized, or otherwise used; 
  1. Perishable goods, including but not limited to food, nutritional supplements, consumables, devices or items bearing expiration dates; 
  1. Products that are classified as personal, wearable, or hygiene-related (e.g., diapers, undersheets), due to sanitary and health protection reasons; 
  1. Products designated as “non-returnable” or “non-refundable” on the Product description page or on the Platform; 
  1. Products damaged, lost, delayed, or otherwise compromised during return shipping, where responsibility lies with the User or the User’s chosen logistics provider; 
  1. Products obtained through unauthorized channels, grey market, or third-party sellers not affiliated with Antara or the Platform; 
  1. Products purchased as part of a bulk, institutional, or wholesale order on the Platform. 

 

  1. This list of refund exceptions is illustrative and not exhaustive. Additional exceptions may apply depending on the specific Product category, Antara’s internal policies, or applicable laws. 
  1. The User acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to carefully review the Product description, return terms, and refund eligibility conditions stated on the Platform prior to purchase. 

 

  1. Amendments to the Return and Refund Policy 
  1. Antara reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return and Refund Policy, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion. 
  1. Any such modifications shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform and shall apply prospectively to all purchases and returns initiated after the date of posting. 
  1. It shall be the User’s responsibility to review the Return and Refund Policy periodically to remain informed of any updates or changes. 
  1. By purchasing a Product from the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Return and Refund Policy as in effect on the date of such purchase. 

 

  1. General Provisions 
  1. These Return and Refund Terms and Conditions form an integral part of, and shall be read together with, the Platform Terms and Conditions (“Platform T&Cs”). 
  1. All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Platform T&Cs. 
  1. The provisions relating to governing law, jurisdiction, limitation of liability, force majeure, data protection, notices, and all other general terms contained in the Platform T&Cs shall apply mutatis mutandis to these Return and Refund Terms and Conditions. 
  1. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Return and Refund Terms and Conditions and the Platform T&Cs, the provisions of the Platform T&Cs shall prevail, except where expressly stated otherwise herein.
